- 1 ½ cups beef broth (or water)
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 large potato, cubed
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1-2 chili peppers (optional for spice)
- ½ cup liver spread (or pâté)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (patis) or salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- ½ cup grated cheese (for extra richness)
Instructions:
